At our studio, personal connection matters. Our instructors take the time to get to know you and support your individual goals. Each class is designed with care, blending strength, mindfulness, and community to create an experience that goes beyond just movement.

Lisa Lamb Weber

Lisa Lamb Weber has been joyfully practicing yoga since 2015. She is a certified 200 HR RYT® yoga teacher who holds certifications in Proper form/Alignment and Trauma Informed-body positive Yoga.  

As both a professor of Sociology and a yoga instructor Lisa is passionate about exploring the connection between body, mind and community. 

"My objective is to help people find peace, harmony, and balance through breath, proper form and sequencing."

Cheryl LaPlante 

Cheryl LaPlante is a 500 RYT®- registered yoga teacher.  Twenty plus years of yoga practice and first-hand experience with the sustaining benefits of yoga have inspired her to share the joy of yoga with others.  In 2019, Cheryl graduated from the Esther Vexler Yoga School in San Antonio with a 200-hour certification.  In 2024, Cheryl completed the 300-hour teaching certification with Vibrant Yoga Leadership.

Kat McKenna

In the spring of 2023, Kat received her 200 HR RYT certification from TruFusion. She is excited to bring her passion for movement-based wellness to Foundation Yoga.

"Having grown up in dance and movement classes, I discovered yoga as a way to mindfulness and physical presence-a practice that inspires my teaching."
